The gayest song in the world is from the Bible
I am what I am
And what I am needs no excuses
I deal my own deck
Sometimes the ace
Sometimes the deuces
It's my life and there's no return and no deposit
One life, so it's time to open up your closet
Life's not worth a damn till you can say
Hey world I am what I am!!!!!!!!!!!!
Only Shirley can belt it out and send shivers down the back of my neck, but whilst flicking through the Bible i came across the lead lyric :
"I am what I am".
It's from Exodus in case anyone wondered. Perhaps maybe there was once a ye old Tranny and he/she/it wrote the first ever gay pride song. Sigh....if only.
But I'll leave you with this . It's beautiful John Barrowman singing the song. A gay man singing a gay song, what else could be better??

(I should state that I'm a religion teacher so reading the Bible is not as weird as some of you might be thinking).
