Lesbian Heiress Died From Diabetes Complications
Casey Johnson, heiress to the Johnson and Johnson fortune died from complications surrounding diabetes, stated a coroner yesterday.
Johnson, who was found dead on January 4th, was suspected to have died of natural causes. The coroner confirmed that she died from diabetic ketoacidosis, caused by low insulin and extremely high blood sugar.
Johnson had a history of drug abuse and was arrested just one month before her death for allegedly stealing from the home of her ex-girlfriend.
Johnson is survived by her adopted daughter, her parents, and her financee, actress Tila Tequila.
