Shane & Alice's "Sex and the City" drinking game
Clichés are fun. That's why it was so easy for me and my friend Alice to make this drinking game based on the most popular US sitcom amongst the homos since The Golden Girls.
Enjoy!
All you need is people, episodes of SATC and alcohol - cocktails, in particular cosmos of course, are obviously best but we'll not be fussy.
Drink once if the each of the characters does one of the following:
CARRIE
If she uses the phrases “And I got to wondering” or “And then it hit me” or “Meanwhile across town”
If she uses her laptop
If she mentions shoes
If she smokes
If she makes a pun
SAMANTHA
If she refers to graphic sex
If she flirts like a whore
If she curses
CHARLOTTE
If she refers to something sexual as “icky”
If she talks about weddings or babys
Wears pearls
MIRANDA
If she complains about work, men or her baby.
Rolls her eyes
Slags men
Has a disastorous date
One should also drink if:
A fashion designer is mentioned.
A cab is used
An ex is mentioned
Shane drinks if a woman pays on a date
Alice drinks if a man pays on a date
A SHOT of a strong spirit is perscribed if:
Any of the characters is seen doing housework.
Miranda or Samantha says something romantic
Charlotte talks dirty
They leave NYC
