Reasons you should see Flashbacks Of A Fool at cinemas this weekend!
1/ Daniel Craig Naked!
Yes, Daniel Craig knew he had the world at his feet when he swaggered out of the ocean in his tight speedo shorts back in Casino Royale. There's only one way he can top that, and thats going naked! So the entire opening credits are devoted to Daniels naked body, he might have let himself go a bit since Bond but he's still very easy on the eye.
2/ Groovy Seventies Soundtrack
The premise of the movie is Daniel Craig looking back on his teenage years, so naturally this comes with a glorious seventies soundtrack. Cue scenes of excited teenagers discovering Bowie and Roxy Music for the first time. The scenes of teenage boys experimenting with lipgloss and eye-liner are lots of fun.
3/ Director Baillie Walsh
You might not know his name, but you'll know his work... The man directed Kylie's "slow" video, yes the one with all the scantly clad men. He's also directed iconic videos for Oasis and Massive Attack, so knows a thing or two about style. One scene in the film actually goes straight into song and wouldn't look out of place on MTV.
4/ Harry Eden
Tucked into the tightest jeans, Harry Eden is the real star of this film. He plays the teenage version of Daniel Craig's character and we can see why he was chosen, he's blonde, blue-eyed and is definitely an actor to keep an eye on. Harry gets his fair share of nudity in Flashbacks Of A Fool also, so be sure to pack some extra ice-subes into your diet coke!
